To avail of this replacement warranty, please call and inform the warranty card number, explain the issue is, our agent will visit physically for initial investigation and in the case of the claim being valid, we will install the new replacement within 7 working days.
The installation will be done at your location for free.
Once the product is opened there will be no refund.
You can call to cancel and if you have paid online, ask for a refund – anytime in between from the time of placing the order to the time of delivery.
